"personal perspectives" photo essay proposal

for my personal perspectives photo essay, i want to explore the streets of the now empty minneapolis and the disruption of life that coronavirus has brought. i want to explore it from the perspective of essential employees and students who are home and entering a virtually crashed job market. i want to document a place and follow the stories of the people that once populated the streets of this city i love.
